Exchange Policy

The Company reserves the right not to accept any product returns under all circumstances.
Product exchanges are only allowed under the 2 conditions stated below.
Conditions for Product Exchange
1. Product Size/Model Change
Product size/model changes are only applicable to SYNTEC Controller Sets and SYNTEC Servo Sets.

If the new item has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.

If the new item has a lower price, the Company will not refund the price difference.

MADE-TO-ORDER items (e.g., Servo-Spindle Motors) cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Incorrect Product
Delivered If the product(s) delivered do not match the order (either partially or entirely), the Company will accept an exchange.
Important Notice
All products are carefully inspected before shipment. Upon receiving your order, please verify immediately that the items match your purchase. If the Company delivers an incorrect product, or you request to exchange for a different size/model, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Failure to notify within the stated period, or if the product does not meet the exchange criteria, the Company reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
Shipping Responsibility
Case (2) Incorrect product delivered by the Company: The Company will cover shipping costs and refund return shipping based on the actual cost paid. Replacement will be shipped free of charge.
Case (1) Customer requests size/model change: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Accepted Product Conditions for Exchange
The returned product must meet all the following conditions:

The product is a standard product (non-custom).

No signs of use or installation.

Product remains in original condition with complete packaging.

Returned with original packaging and receipt/tax invoice.
Product Exchange Procedure
Step 1 – Submit Exchange Request
Notify customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Phone: 02-006-5738 (Mon–Fri, 09:00 – 17:00)
Step 2 – Verification
We will verify the request within 1–3 business days. If approved, a Product Exchange Form will be sent for completion.
Step 3 – Return Shipment
After approval, complete the form and carefully package the product to prevent damage during transit.

Step 4 – Exchange Processing
Processing time is at least 3 business days after product receipt. Once shipping fee confirmation is completed, we will arrange product dispatch within 7 business days, subject to stock availability.
